Sometimes, when Ohio death row inmates ask for clemency at the state parole board, they don’t have many witnesses supporting their cause. But a convicted murderer who goes before the board on Thursday will have some potentially persuasive voices supporting him. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
