All this week, our Statehouse News Bureau has been taking a look back at the year in state government and politics. We’ve heard reports about the big fights over a new state budget and a new collective bargaining law. We’ve heard about important new laws legislators passed. In today’s report, Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reminds us of several controversial bills that legislators have debated but have not given final approval to this year.
