Minority Democrats in the Ohio legislature have been complaining that a newly-drawn map of legislative districts could virtually insure that Republican control for the next decade. Now Democrats have a vehicle for blocking that new map. Their allies have filed a lawsuit at the Ohio Supreme Court. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
