Reaction is mixed here in Ohio following President Barack Obama’s appointment of former state attorney general Richard Cordray as the nation’s top consumer watchdog. Cordray is taking over the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, despite a failure by the U.S. Senate to confirm him. Ohio Public Radio’s Bill cohen reports the reaction here is split along ideological lines. |
