Vice President Joe Biden and Education Secretary Arne Duncan say college affordability is a top priority of the Obama administration. At an event with seniors at Gahanna Lincoln High School in suburban Columbus, they explained what’s being done to help make sure all Ohio families can afford to send their kids to college if they want.
