Democrats are deep in the minority in the Ohio House of Representatives. But that’s not stopping them from unveiling a long list of priorities. Their top one involves helping Ohio cities and schools reverse employee layoffs. But, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen, the Democrats aren’t likely to get their way. |
