Group hoping to legalize same-sex marriage gets ok to gather signatures for ballot issue.

Don’t be surprised if at a shopping mall, a festival, or a street corner, somebody asks you to sign a petition in favor of allowing same-sex marriage in Ohio. A group backing the idea has just gotten the final legal go-ahead to begin collecting signatures in an effort to put the proposal onto the ballot. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
