Democrats in the Ohio House of Representatives are proposing a plan they say could help cities and schools avoid thousands of layoffs over the next year - an infusion of money from the state. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports that it’s doubtful the Democrats’ idea will move ahead in the legislature. |
