About 79,000 Ohio customers of American Electric Power remain without power today. Most of them lost electricity a week ago during a windstorm that tore through the Midwest and the middle atlantic states. AEP says right after the storm, 660,000 homes and business were unplugged, but 87% of them have now had their power restored. Ohio Public Radio’s Bill Cohen reports on those who are still waiting. |
