Ohio comes up with new way to crack down on fraudulent unemployment checks.
By Bill Cohen - July 9, 2012
Ohio is launching a new way to crack down on people who have fraudulently collected unemployment compensation benefits. Ben Johnson speaks for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, and he talks about the new get-tough policy with Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen.

Johnson says some of the scam artists collect unemployment benefits even though they are working. Others have collected benefits from Ohio and another state at the same time. Still others collect unemployment benefits without obeying the rule that says they must actively seek a job.
