The states largest egg farm has been sold. But not before neighbors who were suing the company got a settlement that they think will improve conditions at the facilities. 89 neighbors of Buckeye Egg farm facilities in three Ohio counties sued the company claiming it was a nuisance. The attorney for the neighbors, Toledo area attorney Reg Jackson tells Ohio Public Radios Jo Ingles, the settlement is a real victory. |
