Since 1999, Ohio has executed eight convicted murderers by giving them lethal injections. Two-hundred-twelve others remain on death row and are facing the same kind of death, but Ohio public defender lawyers have filed a federal court suit that seeks to have this type of lethal injection declared unconstitutional. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
