Ohios attorney general says the state will receive $300,000 from a major drug company. The Pfizer company has agreed to pay Ohio and 19 other states in order to end a lawsuit about the way it markets an antibiotic commonly prescribed to children for ear infections. Attorney General spokesman Joe Case says the company will change the way it markets the drug Zithromax. |

| Case says this is the only drug company that’s been facing this type of lawsuit for the way it markets its product. He says the state will continue to monitor the marketing of other drugs to make sure they do not attempt to improperly market their products to consumers. |
