President Bush’s proposal to drop most federal taxes on stock dividends could mean hundreds of millions of dollar in losses to Ohio’s treasury. That possibility is prompting even some of the president’s Republican allies here to call for action that would keep that financial hole from appearing. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
