Ohio house democrats are doing something that was done in the U-S senate during the 70’s and 80’s. They’re not advocating trickle down economics or federal changes in social security. But they are going to take up the practice of sarcastically giving monthly awards for government waste. Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles reports.
