Congress is now debating how to pay for a new federal program that could help consumers avoid some of those unwanted phone calls from telemarketers. But a consumer advocate in Ohio says the Buckeye State should also take action on its own, if it wants to help consumers block even more of those calls. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
