The Ohio Supreme Court is taking action against some 275 lawyers and judges in Ohio, not for what they did, but for what they didnt do. The court says they didnt continue their education. In an interview with statehouse correspondent Jo Ingles, the Supreme Courts Diane Chesley-Lahm explains the state bar requires attorneys and judges to continually update their education. Diane Chesley-Lahm is the Director of the Supreme Courts commission on continuing legal education and professionalization. She was speaking with Ohio Public Radios Jo Ingles. |
