More people will be arrested at riots, and they’ll spend more time in jail if an Ohio legislator, police, and prosecutors get their way. They’re backing a proposal to change the state law on riots, but civil libertarians don’t like the idea. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report. |
