Court decisions against cigarette manufacturer Phillip Morris have forced the company to give states billions of dollars as part of a settlement agreement in 1998. Much of that money is being used for public education programs. As states and individuals continue to sue the company for damages, could the money for the programs in that agreement be in jeopardy? Ohio Public Radios Jo Ingles reports. |
