The Ohio Elections Commission has ruled against the U.S. and Ohio Chamber of Commerce over ads the groups sponsored during the supreme court races of 2000. The fight over the ads has been waging for three years now. And as Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles reports, this latest ruling appears to be just another step in the long legal controversy. |
