Starting tomorrow (Friday), Ohioans will pay a 6 per cent tax on a long list of services. Among them: dry cleaning, personal storage, professional snow removal, tanning, tattooing, satellite broadcasting, taxis, limousines, towing, some beauty parlor services, and most massages. The state sales tax is being applied to these services for the very first time, and so are local piggy back taxes.
