Some Ohio doctors are offering low-income people a deal, we’ll give you free medical care in our offices, but you have to promise not to file any malpractice suits. Advocates for the poor are calling that a bad deal, and they’re fighting a proposal in the legislature that would put that kind of trade-off into state law.
