A state appeals court is agreeing with a lower court that Ohio's law banning
concealed weapons is un-constitutional. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports
the direct fall-out of the ruling effects only Hamilton County, but the indirect
impact of the ruling could effect the whole state. |
