Some people in the small northwest Ohio town of Tiffin want to know who killed more than 20 of their feathered friends. Thousands of duckscongregate in the community. And many of the people who live thereenjoy taking care of the animals. That's why a recent incident has upset many of the residents. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports. |
