The Ohio Supreme Court is now mulling over boxes of evidence and legal arguments
over whether state legislators have helped schools enough to comply with an earlier
court order. It's the latest development in the decade-old dispute over how Ohio
pays for schools. Yesterday, Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen told us how Kentucky
dealt with a similar dispute and today, he tells us about three other states. |
