The nature of water pollution in Northeast Ohio has changed since the Cuyahoga
River caught fire 25 years ago. Where once, certain industries were targeted,
today homeowners and housing developments are getting the attention. That's apparent
in the new water quality management plan being compiled by the Northeast Ohio
Areawide Coordinating Agency. Mark Urycki reports. |
