Lawyers for an Ohio death row inmate who is scheduled to be executed September
12 asked a state appeals court Monday to order a hearing into the possibility
he may be innocent of the actual murder charge. It's the case of John W. Byrd
Junior. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the arguments from both sides.
