Some Ohio gun owners are back in court again trying to wipe out the state's
ban on concealed weapons. They want a Union County judge to declare the ban unconstitutional.
Mike Powers is the lead plaintiff. He's a former undercover narcotics officer
and deputy sheriff who is now a private investigator. He tells Statehouse correspondent
Bill Cohen that he needs the legal right to carry a gun, and he believes the constitution
already gives him that right. |
