A Cincinnati police officer has been acquited of charges following the fatal shooting of an unarmed black man last spring. Municipal Court Judge Ralph Winkler issued his verdict Wednesday morning.
During the afternoon, citizens upset with the verdict attended a meeting of city council. John Hingsbergen of member station WMUB reports. |
