Cleveland's LTV is still alive today, but barely. A federal bankruptcy judge,
who heard two days of testimony, will hear final arguments tomorrow on the company's
plan to shut down. A dim ray of hope comes from Congressman Steven LaTourette.
He says congress could act soon on a measure that would make it possible for LTV
to secure another loan. But he says passage won't be easy |
