LTV - Hope Comes From Congressman.

Cleveland's LTV is still alive today, but barely. A federal bankruptcy judge,
who heard two days of testimony, will hear final arguments tomorrow on the company's
plan to shut down. A dim ray of hope comes from Congressman Steven LaTourette.
He says congress could act soon on a measure that would make it possible for LTV
to secure another loan. But he says passage won't be easy

LaTourette believes President Bush will approve penalties soon against foreign producers accused of dumping steel in the US.
