The Ohio EPA is proposing a new set of rules to regulate how development activities impact wetlands in Ohio. Developers see these changes as a much needed effort to streamline a convoluted permitting process. Environmentalists, however, fear the Ohio EPA has gone too far in relaxing the rules. From Ohio Public Radio station WKSU, Jeff St.Clair reports. |
