That plan that Ohio legislators passed to plug a projected $1.8 billion hole in the state budget is now law. Governor Bob Taft has signed it. But there are a few parts he has vetoed. And that has conservatives jeering and liberals cheering. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
