Families of crime victims in Ohio can get some money from a state fund to help with funeral costs or other expenses associated with the crime. But there are some families who are ineligible for those funds. Democratic State Senator Greg DiDonato is introducing legislation to help some of those families. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles, a spokesman for the senator, Louis Capabianco explains how that proposal would work. |
