Ohio corrections officials are downplaying a disturbance at the Lebanon Correction Institution Thursday night that resulted in slight injuries to some prison guards. In an interview with statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen, Corrections Department spokeswoman Jo-Ellen Culp explains what happened: |
