Remember all those TV ads that tried to convince you to vote for or against various candidates for the Ohio Supreme Court by claiming they were on the side of business or consumers or working families? Ohio’s top judge is renewing his call to put a damper on those commercial, even though he concedes he still doesn’t have any easy way to do it.
