A $1.2 billion budget for construction projects is on its way to Governor Taft. The Ohio Senate has approved the plan. Lawmakers in the House gave it their blessing last week. The budget will channel money to schools and community projects. But as Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, it will also help Ohio's universities. |
