Now that Ohio's economy is slowing down and LTV Steel is laying off thousands of workers, state legislators are trying to figure out how to give the economy a shot in the arm. The new Speaker of the Ohio House, Larry Householder, talked about the effort with Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen and other reporters. Householder represents a district in southeastern Ohio. The Appalachian region is one of the state's most economically- depressed areas. |
