The head of Ohio’s Consumer Council says Ohioans will likely find they’re spending more to heat their homes this winter than in past years. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles, Janine Migden-Ostrander explains why. Migden Ostrander’s job is to lobby on behalf of Ohio consumers on matters involving public utilities as head of Ohio’s Consumer Council. |
