Rejection of e-voting means Ohioans will cast ballots the old-fashioned way.

When Ohioans go to the polls to vote for Governor in 2006, they will likely be using paper ballots and number two pencils to cast their votes. That's because Ohio's Secretary of State has opted against the electronic touch pad screens. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports.
