If some Ohio legislators get their way, you will get a chance to vote on a plan to change the state constitution, putting a limit on how fast state government may grow. The idea is to indirectly hold down taxes. But not everyone thinks it’s a good idea. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has both sides of the story: |
