A former state representative says if the state’s current leaders won’t change the way schools are funded in Ohio, voters will. So Bryan Flannery has been leading a campaign to put a new method of funding schools on the ballot. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles, Flannery explains he’s submitted language for a proposed constitutional amendment that Ohio voters can approve. Flannery says backers of the proposed constitutional amendment will have money to air television and radio ads to educate voters about this issue this fall. |
