Ohioans will be allowed to vote by absentee ballots, and will no longer have to give a special excuse when requesting one if a proposal getting more committee hearings in the legislature this week eventually becomes law. That’s just one issue on the agenda of state lawmakers this week. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has a preview. |
