Ohio legislators have given final approval to a compromise $51 billion, two-year state budget that impacts virtually every Ohioan. But the votes in the House and Senate didn’t come until there were long debates, with minority Democrats blasting the massive spending package and majority Republicans defending it. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
