The Ohio Supreme Court has agreed to decide a controversial case out of Cincinnati, weighing the rights of property owners against the overall benefits of economic development. This comes as legislation continues to move in the Statehouse to more carefully regulate eminent domain. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports. |
