The fate of Ohio’s charter schools and their 66-thousand students now rests with the Ohio Supreme Court. The 7 justices today (Tuesday) heard oral arguments in a case challenging the constitutionality of the law that’s allowed this new breed of schools to mushroom across the state. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
