A Republican lawmaker who's running for Ohio's Secretary of State says he has a plan that would make that office run more efficiently and allow businesses to cut through red tape. But a Democrat who's running for the same office has some ideas of her own to accomplish those goals. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports. |
