This is the week that Governor Bob Taft is slated to give his 8th and final state of the state address to Ohio lawmakers. As statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, they’re not waiting for the governor’s suggestions on what they should do this year – they’ve already scheduled committee hearings on dozens of proposals this week. |
