Ohioans may soon find it easier to compare hospitals. State legislators are working on a bill that would require the Ohio Health Department to keep apples-to-apples comparisons and make them available to the public on a website. Rep. Jim Raussen (R-Cincinnati) is the sponsor of the measure. The Ohio House of Representatives today approved the proposal on a vote of 94 to 1. Next, state senators will take up the measure. |
