For the very first time, a Catholic bishop is contending he is the victim of sexual abuse by a priest. And the Bishop is telling his story to put pressure on Ohio legislators to approve a new law that would give victims of abuse more time to file civil lawsuits. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
