On the same day that the Ohio legislature passed a measure limiting state spending to three and a half percent a year, the Ohio Democratic Party started a major ad campagin to focus voters on Republican gubernatorial candidate Ken Blackwell's position on that issue. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports. |
